About Fei

Fei, originally from Malaysia, moved to the United States in 1996 to further her education. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Fei initially pursued a career in finance before discovering her true passion for yoga and fitness. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and with basic proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Fei brings a rich cultural perspective to her practice.

As a dedicated yoga teacher, personal trainer, and fitness instructor, Fei has experienced the transformative power of yoga firsthand. She is committed to sharing this enriching journey with others. Fei teaches at local fitness centers and company offices and offers personalized and small group sessions tailored to meet individual needs.

One of Fei’s greatest joys is traveling and meeting new people. She is fortunate to travel internationally, leading yoga sessions at exquisite resorts and connecting with individuals from around the world. This global engagement allows her to share her passion for yoga and foster meaningful connections.

Fei’s approach to yoga emphasizes the importance of breathing, alignment, and safety. She offers a range of options to accommodate various experience levels, ensuring that each participant can achieve a fulfilling and successful practice.

 

 

 

Our Yoga Classes

Gentle Yoga

This class is for all ages, experience levels and abilities.  We will learn a variety of yoga techniques.  The practice is gentle on the joints, focusing on alignment and appropriate for strengthening and stretching as well as stress-reduction.  Modification are offered for all levels.

Yoga Flow Level 1 & 2

This is multi-leveled class for someone has some basic understanding of yoga.   In this class we will pick up the pace and experiment with more advanced poses.  It is vinyasa-type flow that  focusing on strength, stretch,  as well as yoga breath techniques.  

Yoga for Athletes

This class can help soothe tight muscles, improve agility and flexibility, enhance performance, and foster inner focus. Cross-training with yoga may help improve your range of motion, balance, mobility, and coordination, all of which can boost your performance and prevent injury. 

Therapeutic Yoga

This class is gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of the yoga.  Gentle fluid movement synchronized with breath.  All level are welcome including students working with injury,  without injury, recovery from injury, or ease back to yoga practice.

 

 

 

Our Class Schedule

We offer group sessions, private sessions, and private events, including company gatherings and birthdays. We also provide in-home practice. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
