We offer group classes, private sessions, events, and personal training. The rates listed below apply to 60-minute classes. We also provide in-home practice—please email us for more information and rates. All tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
*all private session held at client’s choice of location. (within 27519). Anything outside the 27519 area will incur a $20 travel fee.
