This class is for all ages, experience levels and abilities. We will learn a variety of yoga techniques. The practice is gentle on the joints, focusing on alignment and appropriate for strengthening and stretching as well as stress-reduction. Modification are offered for all levels.
Therapeutic Yoga Flow
This class is gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of the yoga. Gentle fluid movement synchronized with breath. All level are welcome including students working with injury, without injury, recovery from injury, or ease back to yoga practice.
Vinyase Power Flow
This is multi-leveled class for someone has some basic understanding of yoga. In this class we will pick up the pace and experiment with some more advanced poses. It is vinyasa-type flow that focusing on strength, stretch, as well as yoga breath techniques.
Yoga for Athletes
This class can help soothe tight muscles, improve agility and flexibility, enhance performance, and foster inner focus. Cross-training with yoga may help improve your range of motion, balance, mobility, and coordination, all of which can boost your performance and prevent injury.
